Abstract

Residents must have a recognized disability and be able to live independently with outside supports. All potential residents or their guardians will need to complete an assessment to see if this community is a good fit for their long-term needs for permanent housing.

Strict income testing will be enforced on a yearly basis. Residents will be required to be under 50% AMI for the Durham area. Residents who exceed the 50% AMI limits two consecutive times will be required to move. Their Buy-in will be refunded based on the lease agreement.
