Midtown Housing Coalition (MHC) is excited to share that we have secured a land contract for property located at 3320 Guess Rd, Durham, NC 27705. This milestone brings us one step closer to developing our first community. With your support, we plan to construct up to 20 affordable one-bedroom homes, along with a community center and a mini-farm that will enrich the lives of our future residents.
