We now have 2 business entities: MHC, Inc. and Midtown Housing Coalition, LLC. MHC, Inc is our non-profit and we are now filing for the 501 (c) 3 status. We have received our first donation. All Saints' UMC has graciously donated $1,000 to fund our 501 (c) 3 filing. Our Board of Directors are not idle. We have a meeting with Durham Planning Board, and we are also refining our vision as we move forward. Hopefully, I will have the business plan and proforma financials completed in the next week or so.
